Design, deploy and run VMware Cloud Foundation platforms for our clients, from upgrades to full migrations.

What you'll do

• Build and upgrade VCF 9 environments: vSphere, vSAN, NSX and SDDC Manager
• Plan and carry out workload migrations with clear wave plans
• Write runbooks and hand platforms over cleanly to client teams
• Troubleshoot performance, storage and network issues

What you need

• 3+ years hands-on with vSphere and vSAN; NSX experience preferred
• Comfort with PowerCLI or another scripting language
• Clear written and spoken English for client calls
• VCP-VCF or VCP-DCV certification is a plus

Move client workloads from data centres to AWS or Azure, and make them cheaper to run once they are there.

What you'll do

• Assess current servers and applications and plan the move
• Migrate virtual machines, databases and storage with minimal downtime
• Set up networking, identity, backup and monitoring in the cloud
• Right-size resources and report on cost after migration

What you need

• 3+ years with AWS or Azure in production
• Experience with a migration tool such as AWS MGN or Azure Migrate
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or similar
• AWS or Azure associate-level certification is a plus

Build fast business websites and the web apps behind them: portals, dashboards and integrations.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain WordPress websites and custom themes
• Develop web apps in Python with a cloud database
• Connect forms, email, WhatsApp and payment tools
• Keep sites fast, secure and visible on Google

What you need

• 2+ years building websites or web apps
• Good HTML, CSS and JavaScript; PHP for WordPress
• Python and SQL basics

Build AI assistants and agents that answer from company documents and reduce manual work for teams.

What you'll do

• Build chat assistants that answer from a client's own documents (RAG)
• Create AI agents that check, fill in and follow up on routine tasks
• Choose models and keep answers accurate, safe and affordable
• Deploy and monitor AI apps for clients

What you need

• 2+ years of Python, with at least one AI or LLM project in use
• Hands-on with embeddings, vector search and prompt design
• Experience with an LLM API such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Groq
• Clear thinking about accuracy, privacy and cost

Assess how client businesses run today, find the manual work AI can take over and where money is wasted, and turn it into a costed plan.

What you'll do

• Interview teams and map their daily tasks and tools
• Find where AI, automation or cheaper cloud setups save time and money
• Compare building, buying and connecting options with real costs
• Write clear reports and 90-day roadmaps for business owners

What you need

• 4+ years in IT consulting, business analysis or cloud cost management
• Good understanding of cloud, SaaS tools and where AI fits
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet modelling
• Excellent written English; able to explain technology simply

Automate how client systems are built, released and monitored, so changes go live quickly and safely.

What you'll do

• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and release
• Run Kubernetes clusters, including VMware VKS and cloud services
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible
• Set up monitoring, alerting and rollback plans

What you need

• 3+ years in DevOps or platform engineering
• Kubernetes and Docker in production
• One CI/CD tool: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Argo CD
• Linux and scripting in Bash or Python

Learn to build and run real cloud and VMware platforms alongside our engineers.

What you'll do

• Set up lab environments for vSphere, Kubernetes and the cloud
• Write scripts and documentation for client handovers
• Help with migration planning and inventory reports
• Prepare for a VMware or cloud certification with our lab guides

What you need

• Final-year student or recent graduate in IT, CS or a related field
• Basic networking and Linux knowledge
• Curiosity and the habit of writing things down
• A laptop and reliable internet

Internship of 3 to 6 months, fully remote, with a mentor, real client-style projects, a stipend and a certificate. Strong interns are considered for a full-time role.

What you'll do

• Prepare and clean documents for AI assistants
• Write and test Python scripts and small AI features
• Check AI answers for accuracy and log what needs fixing
• Document how each tool works

What you need

• Final-year student or recent graduate in CS, IT, data or a related field
• Python basics; any AI or data project is a plus
• Good written English
• A laptop and reliable internet

What you'll do

• Build pages and layouts in WordPress and HTML/CSS
• Fix bugs and improve page speed and mobile layout
• Help set up forms, search settings and analytics
• Test websites on phones and desktops before launch

What you need

• Student or recent graduate with some HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• A small portfolio, college project or GitHub
• An eye for clean design and detail
• A laptop and reliable internet
